Q. Are all your products handmade?
Yes! Every item at Studio Salcette is handcrafted with care, using materials like art concrete, eco-resin, ceramics, resin, wood, charcoal, and acrylic. Because of this, each piece is unique and may have slight variations – which we celebrate as part of its charm.
Q. Do you take custom or personalized orders?
Absolutely. We create custom name plaques, bespoke artwork, personalized hampers, and more. Send us your idea via email or WhatsApp, and we’ll help bring it to life.
Q. Do you sell prints of your original paintings?
Yes, selected artworks are available as high-quality art prints. They are affordable, beautifully printed, and perfect for gifting or decorating your space.
Q. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed, especially for custom or made-to-order products. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Q. Can you add a handwritten note or gift wrapping?
Yes! We’re happy to include a handwritten note or simple gift wrapping. Just leave a note at checkout or contact us after placing your order.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q. Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we ship across India. Delivery charges and estimated time will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Ready-to-ship products: Dispatched in 3–5 business days
- Made-to-order/custom items: Dispatched in 7–14 business days
Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service.
Q. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, international shipping is available on select items. Please contact us directly to check availability and shipping costs.
Q. How will I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package.
🔁 Returns, Damages & Cancellations
Q. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is received damaged.
Q. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Please record a clear, continuous unboxing video while opening your package.
Send us the video within 48 hours of delivery.
The video must:
- Show the sealed package before opening
- Show the product being removed
- Clearly display the damage or defect
We will review and offer a replacement or store credit if the claim is valid.
Q. What if I forget to record an unboxing video?
Unfortunately, without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process damage claims. This helps us ensure fairness and verify any damage during shipping.
