2. Products & Descriptions

  • All our products are handcrafted, and slight variations in color, texture, finish, or size may occur. These are not considered defects.
  • Product photos are for reference only. Due to the handmade nature and lighting, the actual item may differ slightly.
  • Measurements provided are approximate.

3. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified, except at our discretion.
  • All custom and personalized orders are final and non-refundable.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We use secure third-party payment gateways. Studio Salcette does not store any payment information.
  • In case of failed transactions or double charges, contact us via email for resolution.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India. International shipping may be available on request.
  • Estimated dispatch times:
    • Ready-to-ship items: 3–5 business days
    • Made-to-order or custom items: 7–14 business days
  • Shipping charges, if any, will be mentioned at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines depend on location and courier services. Studio Salcette is not responsible for delays caused by external logistics partners.
  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Damages

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of product damage or manufacturing defects.

In case of a damaged product:

  • A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory to initiate a claim.
  • The video must:
    • Show the sealed package from all angles
    • Capture the product being opened
    • Clearly show the defect or damage
  • This video must be shared with us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit.

Claims without unboxing video or reported after 48 hours will not be entertained.
Minor imperfections due to the handmade nature are not considered damages.
Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

7. Custom Orders

  • We accept customizations on select products (e.g. name plaques, artwork, hampers, etc.).
  • Custom orders require full payment in advance.
  • Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • These are handcrafted specifically for you and are non-returnable.

8. Gifting & Bulk Orders

We offer handcrafted gifting solutions for:

  • 🧧 Festivals (Diwali, Christmas, etc.)

  • All artwork, designs, content, text, photos, product names, and logos on this website are the intellectual property of Studio Salcette.

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected during the ordering process is used solely for order fulfillment and communication.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, India.
